Make sure to stop by one of the numerous volcano sites around Auckland. Nothing like walking around the rim of a volcano. -becca

I ended up skipping the volcanic sites because my time is limited and I've seen plenty of volcanic stuff in Idaho and Japan (there are two very active volcanoes in Kyushu that I've visited)... Maybe next time...
