may travels 3: hiroshima, fukuoka, then back to kumamoto and fukuoka

Next we went out to Hiroshima to see the Atomic Bomb Museum. That evening I dragged them all out to Miyajima for the sunset.

(Oh, here's some pictures from the first time I went to Miyajima, which I don't think I ever got around to showing here...)

Then it was back to Kyushu, where I took everyone to the Fukuoka aquarium. Because I like aquariums. Here's pictures I took!

If you didn't know I took this at an aquarium, would you have any idea what it is? Even knowing that, do you have any idea what this is?

I do love the jellyfish.

Next I took everyone out to the Rock, my first time back there in about 10 months. We had a good time. Of course, I could resist taking pictures of the pair with Seven-chan. And wow, these really highlight my step up in camera quality, don't they?

Then it was down to Nagasaki. Here's a nice one from the bombing epicenter (my uncle suggested this shot, and it came out well):

Then it was back to Kumamoto, and everyone left. I went to Suizenji Park to unwind.

And then I headed back to Fukuoka. Here's Canal City, a place I might have taken everyone if we'd had more time there:
