Here's my understanding of a typical Japanese TV news report:

"A sixth grade female student... [something something something] ...when asked to recall the incident, become(s) very uneasy. Certainly, these students now have deep emotional scars."

What happened!? I DON'T KNOW!

Was it referring to the sixth grade girl who stabbed someone at middle school back in June? That was all over the news for ages. Hope they're not still talking about it, but the media is the media after all.

I think that was it. There was some kind of incident like that in the prefecture recently.
