Honorable Mention (cuz of the They Might Be Giants cameo):

Camp (Episode 409 (though the first from season 4 to be aired))- "Rabbit Troop sucks!"

The Party (Episode 205)- "Nobody's staring at me! People are staring at you and your stupid rich-bitch dress!"

#4:

Director's Cut (Episode 106)- "He'll smite you with metaphor fists!"

#3:

The Heart Smashers (Episode 402)- "At a gym, boobs are called pecs."

#2 (and a strong contender for the top spot):

History (Episode 210)- "'Cause you're a pretty kitty with pretty kitty hair!"

And today I got a new backpack, replacing the one I've had for six years, which is soon to be completely worn out. It was a sad day.
