Oh, holy jesus. I think the hairs on the back of my neck just stood up looking at her. That's horrible. Oh, my god. Eww. Eww. Did I mention eww?

Actually, I lied. I went and measured some of the landmarks visible in the photo, and I'll have to revise my estimate to five inches. Still pretty freaking big, though.
