everything is changing
Mar. 9th, 2005 04:47 pmIt snowed last weekend, probably more than it snowed all winter.
Today, however, it was warm. I don't think it's been like this since November. I think this winter stuff may finally be ending. ... Which means we're on a downhill slope to summer, which will be just as bad, in some ways. I just don't do well with heat and humidity. But if Kyushu is anything like Nagano Prefecture (which it's kind of not, actually), it will stay fairly cool until July, and then we'll have two months of hell before it starts cooling off again.
I've kind of settled into a weekly groove. Monday and Tuesday at the middle school are an uphill battle. Then things level off Wednesday at the elementary school. From there it's downhill to the weekend, with my beloved preschool Thursday morning, middle school (usually without classes) Thursday afternoon, and my beloved high school on Friday morning. Noon on Friday starts the weekend! But before I know it it's stupid Monday again. Phooey.
