I feel anxious today. I'm not sure I can think of a good reason why. It's rare for me to feel like this, and it's annoying me.

Unexplained anxiety drives me crazy. Some days I just wake up feeling that way and the feeling subsists till I go to bed. I wake up the next day and I'm back to normal. Weird.
