I just got a piece of spam whose subject heading is "Remove Debt the Christian Way."

Does that involve having debts forgiven through the power of prayer? Or getting the Church to pay off your creditors?

Oh, of course. Perhaps it also entails transferring control of your finances to someone with demonstrated "Christian values." Someone like Dick Cheney, maybe.
