I am currently listening to the Head Teacher, the principal, and the Hawk as they argue over whether my job title is ALT, CIR, or SEA. Who wants to take bets as to whether they'll ask ME?
UPDATE: The Hawk came back. The Head Teacher and the principal are still discussing the question. I mentioned to the Hawk that the problem might be solved very quickly if they just asked me. She responded, in effect, "Yeah, they're idiots. They just like hearing themselves talk."
FURTHER UPDATE: The Hawk did, in fact, attempt to just ask me (even though I'm quite certain she already knew the answer), but the Head Teacher interrupted her and sent her to query the internet, instead. After finishing she sat down with the same look on her face that must have been on mine many times this last year and proceeded to bitch to me (in English) about the Head Teacher.
FURTHER FURTHER UPDATE: I never did hear which one they decided it was. For those of you following along at home, however, the correct answer would be "ALT."

OHMYGOD! PETER! You have to steal the stamp when you leave. You must. This is important and vital and you have to do it. Seriously.

I write ridiculous sentences that are a wonder of wandering punctuation. Sometimes they're okay and sometimes, I've realized, they're not. Most of the time they are and that's okay with me.
I watched Tombstone with Will the other day for the second time and, for some reason, your speech about the semicolon reminded me of Doc Holliday, who is the real star of the movie. I think it's the "dynamo of derring-do" part.
