what's with today, today?

My Brother: "I heard you went to Fukuoka and married a Canadian mobster's wife and now you got a hit out on you. Is that true?"

Me: "Not entirely true."

The elementary school is SO cold. The hallways are pretty much the same temperature as outside. The thermometer in the hallway reads just under 4 degrees Celsius right now, or about 39 degrees Fareinheit. The classrooms are marginally warmer, but there's no actual heating. There's quasi-heating in the staff room. The kids were laughing at me for being cold again today. This is insane.
